Crosslin is pleased to announce that Dan Warren has been promoted to principal in the tax department. In this role, he will assume a broader responsibility in leading the Crosslin tax team and focus on increased business development as the company continues its growth and expansion.

Dan has 31 years of tax and accounting experience, spending the last four with Crosslin as tax director. At Crosslin, he serves a wide variety of clients with a specific focus on those running small businesses. Dan has significant Form 990 experience and uses that expertise to direct the engagements of Crosslin’s not-for-profit clients.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Nashville Chapter of the TSCPA. Dan serves on Crosslin’s committee helping to make the company a fun place to work while planning company events and is an active participant in the company’s numerous community service projects.
